1) Listeners may nominate1 as many people as they like, including themselves, in any award.
2) Voting2 is limited to one vote per person. Voters may change their vote at any time by submitting a new vote. Only the last vote will be counted.
3) Nominations1 & voting2 for the ShoutOut Listeners’ Awards Gold Awards are classed as 50/50 - 50% listeners and 50% the ShoutOut Team. As these are our most sought after awards, this to done to ensure fairness and a balanced result.
4) Nominations1 will only be accepted for suitable entrants. For example, a venue that does not serve food cannot enter the award for best restaurant.
5) All nominees1 will be asked if they wish to enter, before being placed into the finals. Anyone who declines, or we are unable to reach, won’t be put into the finals.
6) Votes1 & nominations2 will only be accepted via our online form or by post. If by post, they must be received by the deadline stated.
7) Members of ShoutOut LGBT+ Radio and anyone sponsoring any part of the awards may not enter due to the conflict of interest this would cause. Sponsors may nominate1 and vote2 for others.
8) Winners of an award the last time the ShoutOut Listener’s Awards ran may not enter the latest awards for the same award as they won last time. They may however, enter for a different award if they qualify for it (see point 4).
9) The awards are open to over 18’s only.
10) ShoutOut LGBT+ Radio’s decision in all matters pertaining to the ShoutOut Listeners’ Awards will be final and binding.

12) By nominating, you agree to ShoutOut Radio processing your data for use for the Awards.
